The first thing you should do is, fill out our online application form and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

• On the phone, we will ask you some more questions to understand your situation fully.
• If we think we can help, we will make you an offer in principle (subject to survey and valuation) within 24 hours and arrange a suitable time for one of our local representatives to call round, meet you and take a look at the house.
• At the meeting we will explain fully how our service works and what you need to do if you wish to accept our offer and sell us your house.
• The next step is to arrange for a surveyor to call, usually within 2 or 3 days, to value the house.
• This valuation then allows us to make you a fixed and final offer.
• If you accept, we will pay you a deposit and exchange contracts. All of this will be done within 7 days of your first enquiry.
• The contract will fix the price and the date for completion, which will usually be within 28 days but can sometimes be sooner. On the other hand, if you want more time to prepare, this can be longer.
• The completion date is the date when you will receive your money and we will become the owners of your house.
