What's the catch?

We will probably offer you a price that will be below the current market value. We are buying your house as an investment and there are a lot of costs involved in buying so quickly.

Currently we are buying at between 75% and 85% of market value. So, if you are not prepared to accept an offer in that region, then our service is not for you. We don’t want to waste your time.
